Yoga is widely hailed as a relaxing activity. Some also consider it a fitness modality. But what is traditional yoga therapy? And how can it help family caregivers manage their responsibilities?
Please join us on Saturday, September 7, 2013 from 2:30pm to 4pm to find out.
This free workshop will include a 50-minute yoga practice as well as a presentation and discussion about managing stress as a family caregiver.
Note: This is not a fitness class. The class will consist of simple movements and gestures combined with breathing and reflection exercises. Come as you are. No special equipment or attire is required.
