    At  this year’s conference, Kadamba Tree will two workshops from the Rosalynn Carter Institute’s Caring for You, Caring for Me” family caregiver program:

    Morning Workshop: What It Means to Be a Caregiver

    Gain information and join caregiving peers for an interactive discussion about caregiving’s rewards and challenges.  

    Afternoon Workshop: Taking Care of Yourself

    Come learn specific methods for staying healthy as well as coping with stresses and strains associated with caregiving.
