    Join us for this workshop. In just two hours, you’ll:

    • Ÿlearn practical problem solving strategies specifically for family caregivers; 

    • learn stress management techniques to help deal with a variety of caregiving challenges;

    • learn about a variety of online resources from the U.S. National Library of Medicine to help you prevent and tackle problems as a family caregiver.
