    Join us for this workshop. In just two hours, you’ll:

    • Ÿlearn how caring for yourself helps you care for loved ones more effectively;

    • learn practical stress management techniques and how to incorporate them into daily life; and

    • experience a hands-on tutorial from the U.S. National Library of Medicine on finding reliable online health information for yourself and your entire family.
